Can people survive without working?

What for they are working ?
These are the questions you should ask before thinking about business.
The answers are that, the people are required to work in the world without which they cannot live and have better life. Today we have so many bridges, sending rockets to other planets and today man has more and more comforts due to the work that all are doing in the world. People are required to work for their own self sustenance which contributes to the progress of the world. If the work of the whole world is like a Yagna, then every man is putting one wood stick (samidha) into it which is contributing to the burning of the Yagna. The Yagna will go on, no matter if a man can contribute to it or not.
Now the question is what is the Yagna for?
The yagna is burning for the welfare of the whole world. So to that yagna every man is contributing and in that process is living. After his death, he will again come back into the same world to further contribute while enjoying the comforts of that world is giving (because he contributed in his earlier life). Now you may ask what comforts the world is giving me? What are all these bridges, roads, trains, airplanes, hospitals and so on? Though you have not worked in building them, you are today able to use all those. Where did they come from? Man is building all those for his own survival and for his better tomorrow (tomorrow is his next life as he is logging back into this world again).
Every body as per their own karma are working in various fields. Through their karma for their own living sake they are contributing to the whole universal karma. It is a great NATURAL LOGIC that is making the whole world run as every one it are dependent on each other holistically and individually. Also the whole world is just one pocket of economics. Within that one big pocket there so many individual pockets. The money is moving from within the world's bigger pocket. The NATURAL logic is so great that it is not just a dead logic. It has life. It has soul. But it does not have a body. But you can consider its body as five elements and sun which you can see. It also has great unlimited energy that is making the whole logic work. Logic will not work if there is not energy behind. So you can imagine as if a BIG MAN working behind this whole logic with unlimited energy that is running this whole Natural Logic.
But the problem is do you see or feel as if you are working and contributing to the welfare of the world ? This perception is not there in all people. In fact they are working but they do not have this awareness. If they are aware of it, they would be very carefully working as their each and every thought and action have impact on the welfare of this whole world.
The next problem is though they have this perception and awareness to the best extent, their traits (which have energies) make them think and behave in contrast to the welfare of the world. Their actions and thoughts hold the world from progressing.
Man knows that he has weaknesses and he at times even aware that he is doing wrong which is not acceptable by that Natural Logic. He knows that he will be one day punished by the same Natural Logic. But yet he goes on acting against the Natural Logic (let us call it Nature). It is like a smoker who knows that smoking is injurious to health but yet he keeps smoking as he does not have the energy that can stop him from smoking.
So the solution is , if he is given this energy, he can quit smoking! If he is given energy, it will add strength to his world perception and then he can keep acting in harmony with Nature.
So one way through books and through various lectures of philosophers and yogis, man has been getting educated. Some are aware of this. Some do not even aware of it. But these books and such lectures would help man to get the AWARENESS of this worldly perception. If perception is there, that alone cannot help him. If he is also given energy, then it will greatly help the man as he can overcome his traits related issues with that energy.

Every individual in the companies will fall in harmony with the Laws of Nature (dharma), then they will connect to the purpose of their life, then obviously the Kaama (money, people, forces many) will be given by Nature so every individual and every company can CONTRIBUTE MORE AND MORE to the VISHWA KARMA (the yagna). That is what NATURE wants. Nature does not want you to become a saint by leaving the world! You can be a saint by living in the world as long as you live in harmony with the Nature and its laws i.e. when you follow the dharma.
Nature Dependent Business
When you inherit Dharma into your system i.e. when you are in harmony with Nature, Nature will supply great energy to every individual and also to companies. Nature will become like a WATCH MAN for every individual and for the companies with its ever active and wakeful consciousness.
There are several things that cannot be controlled by man how much every he can have the foresight. Economy fluctuations, changes in governments, changes in authorities, changes in management and so on will impact your business suddenly which cannot be in your control. But with the help of The Nature, you will be able safe guarded from all these as Nature, would comfort you with other balancing acts that will not shake your company. This is not a mere saying. It is proven and practiced by several sages and kings in the ancient days of Santan Dharma.
The marketing, the sales, helping customers, money collection, staff faithfully working, more cooperation, customer satisfaction and so on will increase EFFORTLESSLY. THAT IS NOTHING BUT PROSPERITY.
See the story started with Dharma, then it landed with Artha (the purpose) and then Nature started giving all required energies to increase your contribution to the welfare of the world. Then you obviously have the prosperity. Every individual will have prosperity and the companies too!
What is Business?
The whole world is one maha yagna burning all time. Everyone Business is a service that you offer as an entity to contribute to the Vishwa Karma. However you want to contribute to the welfare of this universal karma, you can contribute. First this basic understanding has to be there for businesses and entrepreneurs. They are not here simply to make money somehow without any proper value addition to the Vishwa Karma. Also the business should not fall in the category of hurting other lives, cheating or tricking others, promoting violence, hurting the health of others and so on. Such
But you do not run your business individually. Business is an entity of many people together. So there comes the question of again, the karma of all individuals gathering together as an entity. But do all of them are committed and bound by THE DHARMA, ARTHA as explained above? Many CEOs, their other executives and staff do not know about the background of this TRUTH.
If they are explained and if they are given the energies, then obviously every individual in the company will fall in harmony with Dharma and Artha . That is when the PROSPERITY will start EFFORTLESSLY in every individual and in the companies.
